How long does it take to complete an order?

We are creating bespoke items for you, so please allow at least ten working days for your order to be completed once your payment is received and artwork is approved. 

Can I collect my order from Beeline?

Yes! All orders placed online will be delivered by ourselves (for local orders) or Royal Mail to the address you request at time of ordering. If you prefer to collect from us at Wormbridge, you can select this option during checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready.

Can I see samples?

Yes, you are welcome to purchase blank samples if you would like to see a particular size, style or colour. Due to the high administrative costs, samples are non-returnable and non-refundable, however samples can be branded as part of your order.

What artwork do you need?

Please attach a clear copy of your design in the colours you require for print or embroidery. The better the artwork we receive, the more effective the end result.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, our showroom is in Wormbridge, about ten minutes drive from the centre of Hereford. Please call, text or email us if you would like to visit, so we can ensure one of the team is available to assist you.

Do you decorate garments which I supply?

No, we only decorate garments purchased from Beeline. This ensures the products are completely compatible with our printing and embroidery machinery.
